Yes, numerous parks and trails are nearby. Residents enjoy our on-site dog park plus quick access to Blue Hole Park, Lake Georgetown trails, and the San Gabriel River paths. These green spaces are perfect for walking, biking, and outdoor activities, just minutes from the community.

​Yes, we offer additional storage options, such as private garages and storage rooms. Our storage rooms are 5 feet by 7 feet rooms on the first floor of select buildings for $50 per month. Garages are approximately 10 feet wide and 22 feet long, available in select buildings for $175 to $225 per month.

​Our luxury amenities include a resort-style pool with lounge chairs, BBQ grills and outdoor dining, large fire pit, resident clubhouse with lounge/gaming areas/wine bar/coffee bar, co-working offices and conference rooms, state-of-the-art fitness center with virtual room, enclosed dog park, EV charging, and more!

​Absolutely! We have private co-working offices, a conference room, high-speed internet, and a productive clubhouse, making it ideal for remote professionals. Almost all floor plans come with a built-in desk as well!

​Residents are responsible for setting up internet through Astound. Astound is the exclusive internet provider for our community, with fiber optic compatibility. We provide complimentary WiFi in common areas.

​Smart entry locks on homes and controlled access to the community/amenities ensure convenience and privacy. Residents have physical key fobs and two mobile apps which allow them to access their front door, the drive gates, and all amenity spaces.

​Abundant open parking, carports, and private detached garages are available. Our open parking spaces are first come first served, and the carports and garages are reservable for an additional monthly fee.

​Parking is free for all open spaces, whereas carports are $80 per month and detached garages are $175-$225 per month.

​Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) is approximately 45-60 minutes away via I-35 (toll-free) and SH-130 (toll), dependent on traffic.

​Yes, we have a Luxer package room that is 24/7 accessible for secure deliveries. Carriers will have their own custom codes to enter the community to deliver to the front door or Luxer package room.

​We require the household to provide proof of three times the monthly rent amount. Guarantors will need to provide proof of five times the monthly rent amount.

​Apply online via our website or schedule a tour to apply in-person! The only fee due at time of submitting the online application is $75 per applicant.

​The application process can take anywhere from 24-72 hours for approval. We verify identity, income, credit, and criminal and rental history. Our application process screens through Experian and Equifax.

​The administration fee, security deposit, prorated rent, and prorated additional monthly fees are due at time of move in.

​Utilities are not included in the rent. Water is billed in arrears through Conservice and posted in the Resident Portal each month, electricity is through the City of Georgetown, and internet is through Astound.

​We offer 12–15-month lease terms.

​Smoking is not allowed as we are a non-smoking community.
